Back online

Well for what seems like a year I have been without internet. I never realized quite how much I use the internet till I was out doing my recruitment tour. I have yet to decide if my need for the net is a little bit sad and nerdy or if it's justified in this day and age. (I sound like a right old man !)

The university tour went really well. I clocked up a total of 2,970 miles in just over two weeks. I visited around 35 universities and in 14 of them I conducted seminars. I also met some really good applicants who want to come and work in the crazy city that is Hong Kong so it all seems worthwhile.

I ended my journey in Bristol because (for those that don't know) it's my university stomping ground and thats where a large clump of my friends are still located. I was working during the daytime...and also had to visit Wales, but other than that I had the evenings to go out and have fun. It was a brilliant way to end a really hard few weeks of work and it was amazing catching ip with all the gang.

Now I feel the need to explain that this is not a variety of doll that you may pick up at Anne Summers. This is my friend Becca.

The reason she looks like this is because I jokingly told her that she should do an impression of a dead leapard because of her printed top she was wearing. Her impression is just a little bit unfortunate. And very funny.

And lastly the Bristol fountains.

Most of these pictures will only mean something to Robyn but I thought I would throw them up here anyway. Speaking of Miss Greaves I believe that Adam is now visiting her in Hong Kong, so I'm afraid you just have me to keep you updated on whats going on in England i'm afraid.

I will be flying out to Hong Kong in a week though so not long to go!
